An online payment option is available for the After School Childcare Program

Registration must be completed three days prior to a student attending After School Childcare, and all students must be registered before gaining access to the online payment option. All payments must be made no later than Thursday midnight for the coming week, and initially, the person who picks up the child on Friday should bring the printed confirmation of payment, which can be printed from the online payment option. A small fee will be included with each transaction which pays the service provider. If parents do not make payments by Thursday midnight, fees must be paid Friday at the site of attendance!
If you’d like your child to participate in our award-winning 21st Century After School Childcare Program, please complete a registration form as soon as possible, but at least three days in advance of when you wish your child to begin. The registration form is available at your local school office and by clicking on this link.
The program is offered as a service to working public school parents who need care for their children ages 5 through 12. Students have time to complete homework, participate in directed activities, enjoy play time, and receive a snack. The After School Childcare program is available from 3:00 to 5:30 p.m. each school day. There is a $20.00 yearly registration fee (Non-refundable) and the rate is $7.00 per day. The adult to child ratio remains one teacher for every 16 students, sometimes even less. Workers at the programs are mostly teachers and substitute teachers. All workers must attend an annual training session that teaches them CPR, first aid and how to interact with children.
