Baldwin County Schools have announced the Parenting Assistance Line (PAL), now available through a partnership from the University of Alabama Child Development Resources Center, the Alabama Children's Trust Fund, and Wal-Mart.

Whenever a caller calls the toll-free number, a parenting resource specialist will answer the telephone, listen to the caller, and then offer helpful information and support.  Callers may also request free literature about their specific parenting concerns.  These parenting resource specialists are available from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
